Deleting your account
You can ask for your Rodaku account to be deleted at any time, without giving a reason. This page states what is actually removed, what we keep, why, and for how long — so you know exactly what you are getting before you ask.
What is deleted
Everything that turns a row of data into a person.

What we keep, and why
Full erasure is not possible here, and that is deliberate. Two things survive: bookkeeping records the law requires, and an audit trail whose whole value is that nobody — including us — can delete it.

How long it takes
An erasure request received on any channel is executed in the live system within 72 hours. We do not selectively edit backups; your request writes a tombstone that replays automatically on any restore, and backups expire at 35 days — so your data is gone from all media within 35 days of asking.
How to ask
From inside the app: open Langganan, then "Hapus akun". Without the app and without an account: use /bantuan or /help — you do not need to sign in to ask for deletion, and we will not ask you to install anything to do it. Export your data first if you want to keep it; the export is available in every subscription state.
