Rodaku

For rental shops & owners · Bali

Most rental shops in Bali have no website. Yours can.

Fleet, requests and calendar in one app, plus your own page where travellers and AI assistants already search. No commission. Free to start: no charge until your page is live.

No sign-up form, no password: one WhatsApp message from your number is your account.

What your shop gets

The open front of a small family-run scooter rental shop in Bali: a row of parked scooters, a wooden counter and a helmet.

A real website, not a listing

Your own page with your bikes, your rates, your hours and your location, built to work on the phone every traveller is holding. Nothing to install and no hosting bill.

Every request in one place, with the answer in your hands

A request arrives in the app carrying the bike, the dates and the renter's contact. You accept it, decline it, or leave it. WhatsApp only tells you something is waiting; the deciding happens in the app.

Bikes owned by someone else? Recorded.

Each rental is recorded in two parts, the bike owner's share and yours, under the deal in force when the rental was confirmed. You read the figures on the Money screen.

Readable by Google and AI assistants

Your page is indexed and structured so a search engine, or a traveller asking an assistant where to rent nearby, can find your shop by name.

Rental money goes straight to you

Renters pay you the way you already take payment. Rodaku takes no commission and never holds the rental money.

Your rental runs from your phone.

Add a bike with three photos: front, side and the STNK. Then you confirm the plate yourself. After that the bike is ready to go on your page.

  • Fleet, availability and requests are in one app.
  • Rates, photos and availability stay yours to change whenever you like.

Four steps, and a person to call if one of them sticks

You can do all of it yourself from a phone. If a step goes wrong, one tap puts you in a WhatsApp conversation with someone at Rodaku rather than in a support queue.

  1. Create your shop account

You send one WhatsApp message from your own number, and that number becomes your account, with no password and nothing to type before you are in. Then you name the shop and where it is.

  2. Install the Rodaku app and sign in

The app is where your shop actually runs, on the phone already in your pocket. Sign in with the account you just made, and everything below happens in there.

  3. Snap and list your bikes

In the app: photograph each bike, confirm its plate on screen, and it goes on your page. A few minutes per bike. Rates, photos and availability stay yours to change whenever you like.

  4. We check your NIB, then you go live

Your NIB is checked against the official OSS register before your page goes live. You can photograph and list bikes while you wait, and nothing is charged until the page is actually live. Then your page enters Google and the AI assistants, and your request inbox opens.

Free to start. Then a monthly fee per live bike.

Nothing is charged until your page is live.

Your first month is free, counted from the day your first bike goes live. Then you pay for the days left until the 1st, and monthly after that.

Rp 20.000 per bike a month, counted on the bikes live on your page. Nothing else.

Questions from Bali rental shop owners

What does it cost, and is any of it free?
Nothing is charged until your first bike is live on your page. Your first month after that is free, every bike included. Rp 20.000 per bike a month, counted on the bikes live on your page. Nothing else.
Does Rodaku take a commission?
No. Rodaku charges a monthly fee per live bike and takes no share of a rental. Renters pay your shop directly, so the rental money never passes through Rodaku at any point.
Do I need to download an app?
Yes. You create your shop account first, then install the Rodaku app and sign in with it. The app is where you list bikes, set rates and answer requests. WhatsApp is only there to tell you something is waiting and to reach a person if you get stuck.
What do I need to list my bikes?
A business registration (NIB), the bikes themselves, and a working WhatsApp number. Your NIB is checked against the official OSS register before your page goes live.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. A request is a request. It sits in your inbox with the bike, the dates and the renter's contact, and you accept it, decline it or leave it. No bike is held and nothing is booked until you accept it yourself.
