Who writes the advice on Rodaku?
Ade Lanang writes the nine answers on renting in Bali. The writer's name and the date the prices and rules were last checked sit under each of the nine answers, so you can see who wrote a page and how current it is.
Are the photographs on this site real?
No shop is live yet, so the photographs here are generated illustrations made for Rodaku. They show the kind of place and bike, not a shop you can book. When a shop goes live, its own page shows that shop's own photographs of its own bikes.
Where is my data kept?
Rodaku keeps its data on servers in Jakarta. A few services handle some of it outside Indonesia, and the privacy notice names each one and says why.
How do I reach a person?
Message Rodaku on WhatsApp and a person reads it. If a rental has gone wrong, the help page lists who to contact and how fast we answer.
