Do Bali rental shops deliver the scooter?
Many do, free of charge inside the main tourist areas, and it is common to have a bike dropped at a villa or at the airport. Whether a particular shop delivers, and where to, is up to that shop.

On Rodaku, delivery is one of the things a shop declares on its own page, so you can see whether it is offered before you send a request. The request goes straight to the shop, and the shop answers it.
Delivery changes where the handover happens, not what you should do at it. Run the same checks at your villa gate as you would at a counter: film the bike in one slow lap, close on the plate and every scratch; squeeze both brakes; look at the tyres; test the lights, indicators and horn; and ask where the STNK is. Agree the deposit and get a written receipt before the driver leaves, because afterwards there is nobody standing next to the bike but you.
